I’m sad to have to write this review because the staff is kind and seem like nice people, but their services are not well done, and frankly, sloppy.My husband came in and had two cavities filled, only to have one fall out before he even got home!! We called, they brought him back in and got it refilled. A week or two later we were on a cross country trip, when it, yet again, fell out. This time having to go to a dentist out of state and not covered from insurance, to get it filled. They would not help us with making this right financially, even though it was clearly their fault. Fast forward three years later, when we go to a different dentist. My husband now has cavities in the same two spots, because the Dr. didn’t get it all the first time and a cavity has gotten worse underneath. So not only did we have to pay for the cavities through this practice, we have now paid two ADDITIONAL times for the same cavities!! It is just unacceptable that years later we are still having issues. Needless to say, NEVER go here if you can help it.
I have been going here for about 10 years or more and no matter where I moved in the city, I will drive out of my way to keep going here. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My dentist gives me options and her honest opinion on the best treatment when needed. I have had cavities filled and a crown done here, and she has always ensured that I am comfortable and not in pain. They also offer the laughing gas stuff for a little extra (I think $30), which is worth it! They also have very flexible hours and have some Saturdays available as well which is very convenient. Took my 3 year old in today for his first time and they did a great job making it a fun experience for him. He actually left excited about getting his teeth cleaned. Highly recommend Healthy Smile.

I came to Dr. Hamzeh at the recommendation of a colleague, and she has taken excellent care of my well traveled teeth. Having moved several times over the last ten years, I have been unable to establish a regular dentist. Her office immediately put me at ease. The process to send my insurance info, schedule, and be seen was smooth. Dr. Hamzeh even cleaned my teeth while assessing them during my initial appointment. Sadly, I did need a couple of fillings which happens when you have not seen a dentist in several years. However, Dr. Hamzeh was very gentle, efficient, and the work was done well. I returned for my six month cleaning with much the same professionalism and quality of work (and did not need any fillings this time). Would highly recommend if you are looking to establish with a regular dentist.
